About Ayurvedic Yoga Massage
Ayurvedic Yoga Massage (AYM) is a truly unique style of massage that combines deep tissue massage with assisted yoga-based stretching. AYM sessions are given on a comfortable mat on the floor, enabling free movement and flow. In addition to the hands, the feet are also used to apply broad yet deep pressure in long, graceful strokes. Organic oil is rubbed onto the body along with Calamus powder, a common Ayurvedic herb that relaxes muscular tension, increases circulation and helps the body eliminate toxins.
Through synchronized breathing, the receiver is led progressively deeper into assisted yoga-based stretches, designed to bring greater opening and relief to key areas of the body (shoulders, hips, legs, etc.)
The unique and comprehensive approach of AYM has been found to help relieve physical and emotional blocks, eliminate toxins, promote correct posture, stimulate breath capacity, refresh energy levels, and leaves the recipient with a profound sense of well being. Over repeated sessions, some clients have reported improved posture, energy levels, and mood, and/or a positive change in their yoga practices or exercise routines.
No two sessions are the same—stretches are chosen based on your body’s needs.
Over multiple sessions, benefits may include: reduced muscle tension, improved posture, flexibility, breath capacity, energy levels and mood.
Offered to both men and women & no yoga experience is necessary!

Go Deeper With Sound Healing
Go beyond massage with Singing Bowl Sound Healing, available at the end of your massage session.
We use the pure, soothing vibrations of antique Himalayan singing bowls. Multiple bowls are placed on or around your body. The sounds have the ability to balance brain hemispheres, soothe the nervous system, and provide relaxation to the tissues deep within the body, harmonizing every cell. After receiving an entire massage session, even a short sequence of singing bowl treatment will help you deeply let go into a relaxation unlike any other.
